AU Sales Director

Why this role? 🤔

  • As a AU Sales Director at Wayflyer, you will:
  • Acquire an existing pipeline of leads and customers
  • Lead a team of 3-4 Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Reps (SDRs) in first 12 months
  • Roll-out these programs to your team (with support from Head of Sales)
  • Set individual team members' targets and KPIs; balancing individual and collective success
  • Learn processes and job functions from the bottom up with the view of tailoring them to suit your AU team
  • Optimize the processes that govern the full sales cycle for Wayflyers AU customers, for prospecting through to close
  • Work with marketing to develop your own materials to help improve conversion rates
  • Collaborative with Head of Sales

US Sales Director

  • As a US Sales Director at Wayflyer, you will:
  • Acquire an existing pipeline of leads and customers (the US is our biggest market)
  • Rapidly build out a team of 10-12 Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development Reps (SDRs) in first 12 months
  • Modify our existing onboarding and training programs, as needed, for the US market
  • Roll-out these programs to your team (with support from European Head of Sales)
  • Set individual team members' targets and KPIs; balancing individual and collective success
  • Learn processes and job functions from the bottom up with the view of tailoring them to suit your US team
  • Optimize the processes that govern the full sales cycle for Wayflyers US customers, for prospecting through to close
  • Work with marketing to develop your own materials to help improve conversion rates
  • Collaborative with leaders from other functions (e.g. Marketing, Product) during senior leadership meetings and cross-functional projects

Data Scientist

At Wayflyer we need smart people to help our e-commerce customers accelerate their growth. We use a combination of techniques to analyse their sales, marketing and financial data. We recommend the actions our customers can take to improve their performance. As a Data Scientist at Wayflyer you'll have all the data you need to apply your data wrangling and statistical knowledge to develop new methods and insights that help our customers grow faster. You will have the latest set of technologies to help you do it.

Data Analyst - Sales Ops

We fund the inventory and marketing needs of our e-commerce businesses, which helps them outgrow their competition. As a Data Analyst, working with our Sales team, you'll hone your analytical skills in the world of e-commerce, forecasting sales and cashflow, and producing offers that are tailored to the needs of our customers.

Senior Data Analyst

At Wayflyer we advise our customers how to get the most out of their marketing spend. As a Senior Data Analyst you'll be developing the methods, visualisations and recommendations that bring this advice directly to our customers. You will identify new ways for our customers to optimise their marketing spend, and develop critical workflows to transform, visualise and extract value from a wide variety of data sources.

Engineering

Data Engineer

Our customers are growing, we are growing, so is our data. We need a Data Engineer to design, build and create a data-warehouse so we can help our customers grow even faster, and to help us manage our business. You'll be starting from scratch and get to use the latest in cloud solutions to build it from.


Software Engineer (Platform)

Our internal platform team defines, builds and operates the systems and infrastructure we use to deliver solutions to customers.  You will be creating frameworks, tooling and infrastructure used by our product teams to make it easier to build, deploy and operate their applications. We use AWS and Python, so you will need to be an expert in both to take on the role.

Technical Product Manager - Fintech

Want to create the next generation of financial products that help e-commerce business out perform their competition? As a product manager in our Fintech department you will get to do just that. You'll need to have a track record in technical product management, preferably of financial products, and be proficient in an Agile practice such as SCRUM or SAFe.
